  • You may be contacted to supply further information regarding your specific enquiry to help us more fully understand your enquiry and deal with it most effectively

  • We will respond within one month of receiving your request and proof of identity

7.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Mentholatum website. This limited licence does not include the right to:

  • (ii) may not imply that we are endorsing such website or its services or Products;
  • (iii) may not misrepresent its relationship with us;
  • (iv) may not contain content that could be construed as distasteful, obscene, offensive or controversial, and may contain only content that is lawful and appropriate for all ages;

Enforceability and Jurisdiction

If any of the conditions contained in the Website Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy should be determined illegal or unenforceable then to the extent it is illegal or unenforceable it shall be deleted and the remaining conditions shall survive in full force and effect. The conditions and any relationship established with you via this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots Law and any disputes arising shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
